The Theme must support Custom Menus

Create a new Custom Menu

Enter a Name for the Custom Menu

Choose Pages to add to the menu

The Pages are added to the Custom Menu

Drag the Page Bars to change the order of appearance

Select a Custom Menu from the Primary Navigation menu

Select Save

The Custom Menu is now the Primary Menu
